Brandon B. Broadhead, CPA
Brandon has a Masters of accounting degree from USU. Brandon is in his 8th year with Davis & Bott. He received a Golf scholarship from USU. He is highly involved in the community and is currently the President of the Brigham City Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys fly fishing.
David T. Yates, CPA
David was born and raised in Box Elder County and is proud to be ‘locally grown’. As a managing partner at Davis & Bott, he specializes in tax planning, preparation, and accounting for individuals and family owned businesses across a wide range of states and industries such as manufacturing, transportation, agriculture, real estate, health services, wholesale, retail, and construction. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Accounting from Utah State University. As a young professional with over 15 years of experience, David is a great CPA to partner with for the long run in accomplishing your personal and business goals.
Although many will say he has a passion for work, David’s first love is his wife, four daughters, and son. He loves spending any chance he gets with his family hiking, floating rivers, mountain biking, exploring, and watching their sporting, musical, and other events. David also enjoys real estate, working in his yard, and watching a good movie.
He currently serves as a leader in his church and loves working with the youth.
Spencer Jeppsen
Spencer is a local boy from Mantua UT. He earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting from Utah State University. Spencer is a licensed CPA and worked nearly ten years for a regional accounting firm before deciding to return to his roots. He has experience in many areas of taxation including real estate, construction, manufacturing, medical & dental practices and retirement plans. Spencer enjoys assisting clients with not only tax compliance but tax planning and strategy, business growth strategy and long-term wealth planning. He is an avid golfer and looks for any excuse to get out on the golf course. He loves to travel and scuba dive with his wife, Cassie, and enjoys being a dad to his four little girls about more than anything else in the world.

David Rogers
Masters of Accounting, BYU; BS of Finance, BYU; BA of Russian, BYU
David has worked for Davis & Bott since 2006. David specializes in audit and attestation work for business, government and non-profit entities. He also has the expertise to provide tax, consulting, tax planning and other compliance services both to those entities and to individuals. David enjoys being involved in the community, serving in the Brigham City Rotary Club and as the Supervisory Committee Chairman for a local credit union. David enjoys spending time with his family, running, and cheering for the Dodgers and BYU.
Ted Jeppsen
Ted grew up in Mantua UT. He attended Utah State University where he graduated in 2017 with his Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Accounting. Ted began working in public accounting in 2015, where he has focused his efforts in tax planning and preparation for a variety of clients and industries such as Medical, Real estate, Manufacturing, Construction, Photography, Farming, etc. In his spare time Ted enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and kids as well as being involved in his church and community, currently serving on the BESD Foundation board and as a youth leader in his church. Ted also loves to be as active as possible participating in sports such as Pickle ball, Golf, Basketball, and Mountain biking and helping his Dad run their small farm in Mantua.
William Pedersen
William grew up in northern Utah and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Utah State University; graduating Summa Cum Laude. He earned a Master of Taxation degree (MTax) from Weber State University with a 4.0 GPA and was a Goddard Scholar. William is a licensed CPA in the state of Utah and is a Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKC). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounting (AICPA) and a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). William specializes in business and individual taxation as well as retirement plan setup and administration. William lives in Brigham City with his wife, 3 sons, and 2 dogs. He enjoys being with his family, playing pickleball, playing board and card games, and reading.
Andrea Winkler
Andrea is a CPA who received both her BS and Master of Accounting degrees from USU. Andrea has worked in industry as a President, CFO, Inventory Specialist, Saleswoman, and Interior Designer over the years but her passion is helping clients find success in their businesses and personal lives as a public accountant. Andrea specializes in business advisory services as well as tax and estate planning and preparation. Andrea also enjoys playing tennis, hanging out with her husband and daughters, and drinking ice cold Diet Pepsi.
Aaron Rentschler
Aaron is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Utah and has over 12 years of experience. He is dedicated to helping business owners and individuals reach their goals, grow their business, and navigate the complex world of accounting and taxation. Aaron can help you with tax planning, tax compliance, accounting, and business consulting. Prior to joining Davis and Bott, he worked for a regional accounting firm. Aaron received his education from Utah State University and earned a Bachelor and Master of Accounting degree. He is a big USU fan and loves to cheer for the Aggies. He also enjoys serving in the community and his church, playing sports, and spending time with his family.
